Booking Analytics and Statistics
LockMyCal includes a built-in analytics module for tracking the performance of your booking pages, how busy your slots are and client behaviour in real time.
Note
All data is collected directly in your own database without depending on external tracking services (such as Google Analytics), which ensures 100% GDPR compliance and protects the privacy of your visitors.
Pro in the cloud
In LockMyCal Cloud, Analytics is part of the Pro plan. In the self-hosted version, it is available for free.
What analytics shows
In the Analytics section of the dashboard you choose a period and see:
| Overview | Description |
|---|---|
| Summary | Visits and unique visitors of the booking page, the number of bookings and the conversion rate. |
| Visits over time | A chart of visits for each day of the chosen period. |
| Sources | Visits, bookings and conversions by traffic source (utm_source). |
| Devices | The distribution of visits by device type (computer, mobile…). |
You'll also find a summary for the last 7 days – visits, bookings, conversion and a small chart of visits by day – directly on the Overview; clicking it opens Analytics.
Tracking traffic sources (UTM parameters)
If you share your booking links in newsletters, on social networks, in email signatures or in advertising campaigns, LockMyCal automatically captures and evaluates UTM parameters:
utm_source(e.g.newsletter,linkedin,email-signature)utm_medium(e.g.cpc,social,banner)utm_campaign(e.g.spring_consultations_2026)
Example of a tracking link:
https://rezervace.vasefirma.cz/jan-novak/konzultace?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=q1_promo
LockMyCal captures all UTM parameters; the sources overview in analytics groups them by utm_source, so you can see which channel brings you the most real meetings.
