Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing

For users of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and business Exchange accounts, LockMyCal offers direct creation of video calls in Microsoft Teams.

1. How it works

When you choose Microsoft Teams as the meeting location:

  1. LockMyCal generates an official Teams link via the Microsoft Graph API.
  2. The link lets participants join directly from a web browser, without having to install the desktop application.

2. Activation

  1. In Integrations → Video, connect Microsoft Teams and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  2. For the specific meeting type, choose Video as the location and Microsoft Teams as the service.

Important

Teams meetings can be created by work or school Microsoft 365 accounts with Teams. Personal accounts (Outlook.com) usually don't allow it. A connected Outlook calendar is not a requirement.

Note

Self-hosting: Teams uses the same application in Microsoft Entra ID as Outlook – just add the redirect URI https://yourdomain.com/auth/teams/video/callback to it.
