Video Conferencing
LockMyCal takes care of fully automatic generation of unique video links for every newly created meeting.
Note
Video room links are automatically inserted into calendar events (.ics), confirmation emails and reminders.
How to connect video calls
- In the dashboard, go to Integrations → Video and connect the service you want.
- In Meeting Types, choose Video as the location of the meeting type and select the connected service.
When a meeting is moved, the room is moved automatically (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Nextcloud Talk); when it is cancelled, it is deleted.
