Radicale CalDAV Server Integration

Radicale is a popular, lightweight CalDAV and CardDAV server written in Python. It requires no heavy database and stores calendar collections directly on the filesystem.

CalDAV URL Structure in Radicale

Radicale serves calendars from the user root endpoint:

https://radicale.yourdomain.com/USERNAME/

Or for a specific collection:

https://radicale.yourdomain.com/USERNAME/CALENDAR_UUID/

Setup Steps

1. Ensure Radicale runs behind a reverse proxy terminating HTTPS with HTTP Basic or Digest authentication enabled.
2. In LockMyCal, navigate to Integrations → Calendars → Connect a calendar and select Radicale.
3. Supply configuration:
   • Integration Name: Radicale Server
   • Server URL: https://radicale.yourdomain.com:5232 (or your reverse proxy URL; full user URLs supported)
   • Username: Your Radicale username
   • Password: Your Radicale password
4. Click Discover calendars, select collections, and click Save selection.
