Baïkal CalDAV Server Integration

Baïkal is an ultra-lightweight, high-performance open-source CalDAV/CardDAV server powered by sabre/dav, making it an ideal choice for minimal self-hosting on a VPS or Raspberry Pi.

CalDAV URL Structure in Baïkal

Baïkal exposes standard sabre/dav endpoints:

https://baikal.yourdomain.com/dav.php/principals/USERNAME/

Or for a specific calendar:

https://baikal.yourdomain.com/dav.php/calendars/USERNAME/default/

Connection Steps

1. Verify that your Baïkal instance operates over secure HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.
2. In the LockMyCal dashboard, go to Integrations → Calendars → Connect a calendar and pick Baïkal.
3. Fill in your credentials:
   • Integration Name: Baïkal Calendar
   • Server URL: https://baikal.yourdomain.com/dav.php (or full principals endpoint)
   • Username: The username created in Baïkal admin
   • Password: Password for this user
4. Click Discover calendars, select desired calendars, and click Save selection.
